Kelly Raddar Named Head Women's Soccer Coach

Massasoit Community College is proud to announce the appointment of Kelly Raddar as the new Head Coach of the Women's Soccer program. Raddar brings more than 21 years of experience coaching at the collegiate, high school, and grassroots levels, with a proven record of building championship programs and developing student-athletes on and off the field.

Raddar most recently served as Head Coach at Point Park University (Pittsburgh, PA), where he led the women's program to a 2022 River States Conference Regular Season Championship and was named RSC Coach of the Year. In 2023, he guided the team to the RSC Playoff Finals, establishing the program as a perennial contender.

Prior to Point Park, Raddar led programs at St. Joseph's University (Brooklyn, NY), Portland Community College (OR), Treasure Valley College (OR), and Bunker Hill Community College (MA), where he transformed a struggling squad into a regional powerhouse with multiple NJCAA Region 21 Finals appearances and numerous All-New England and All-American honorees.

In addition to collegiate coaching, Raddar has a long history of success at the high school and youth levels. He directed programs at FSUS Florida High School and John Paul II High School, winning back-to-back district championships in Florida. As the Director & CEO of Player Development Soccer Academy (PDSA), Raddar has also designed and implemented development programs for youth players from U6 to U19, preparing athletes for collegiate and competitive club play.

Athletic Director Erica Rivers expressed excitement for the new era of Massasoit Women's Soccer under Raddar's leadership. "Coach Raddar's experience at every level of the game, his proven success in rebuilding and elevating programs, and his commitment to player development make him an outstanding addition to our athletic department.
