BROCKTON, Mass. ---- Kathy Remick (Norton) and Alexandra Santos (Hanson) each scored two goals as the Massasoit women's soccer team defeated Bunker Hill, 4-0, on Monday afternoon at Warrior Field.

Massasoit improves to 3-3-1 overall with the victory and 3-1-1 in conference play. Bunker Hill drops to 0-4 on the season.

The Warriors were on the attack early and often against the Bulldogs, and broke through against the pesky BHCC (0-4) defense when Santos intercepted a pass in the defense end and finished in the ninth minute.

Six minutes later, Remick took a pass from Linda Khang (Brockton) at the top of the box and rifled a shot in to put the Warriors up 2-0.

With just 58 seconds remaining in the opening stanza, Santos struck again, this time on a breakaway, set up on a through ball pass by Remick as Massasoit led 3-0 at the break.

Remick tacked on her second goal in the 88^th minute to round out the scoring.

The Warriors finished with 37 shots, 17 on net, compared to just one shot by BHCC.

Massasoit hosts NHTI on Wednesday at 4 PM.
