FALL RIVER, Mass. ---- Four players scored 17 points or more as the Massasoit men's basketball team held off Bristol CC, 96-91, in a road contest on Tuesday night.

Massasoit (3-4) held a slight 53-51 lead at the break, behind 14 first half points, featuring four 3-pointers from Chris Green (Taunton/Bridgton Academy).

The second half was just as close as the first, but the Warriors were able to make 11-of-14 free throws after intermission and hold on for the victory.

Trey Jones (Mattapan/Reading HS) led the Warriors in scoring with 23 points including a pair of 3-pointers. Green posted his sixth 20-plus point performance of the season, finishing with 21 points, while Antonio Ferreira (Stoughton/Stoughton HS) added 20 and Anthony Conway (Boston/Walpole HS) chipped in with 17.
