BROCKTON, Mass. ---- The Massasoit volleyball team received votes in the most recent 2019 NJCAA Division III Volleyball Poll announced on Tuesday.
It marks the first time this season the Warriors have been showcased in the national poll. Massasoit defeated Holyoke CC and Quinsigamond CC in straight sets last week to improve to 15-3 overall and own a 9-1 record over the last 10 matches.
For the season, Massasoit has only dropped three matches all season, twice falling to undefeated and nationally ranked Fashion Institute of Technology and once to Division II program CCRI.
The Warriors earned the top seed for the four-team Region 21 Tournament hosted by Holyoke CC, slated to be played on Sunday.
