BROCKTON, Mass. ---- Alex Santos (Whitman) netted five goals as the Massasoit women's soccer team won its third straight match, defeating Bunker Hill, 13-0, on Wednesday at Warrior Field.

Massasoit (6-2-1) defeated Bunker Hill for the second time in three days and hosts Quinsigamond on Thursday at 4 PM.

Santos netted all five goals in the first half as the Warriors held a substantial 7-0 cushion at the break.

Freshman Samantha Baston of Carver added a hat trick in the victory and Whitman natives Betty Blake and Amanda Sesock both added two goals each. Siobhan Cantillon also netted her first career goal for the Warriors.

Anya Welch-Batstone (Avon) added four assists to the final box score.

In net, Whitman's Katie Amado and Morgan Acorn combined on the shutout.

Massasoit has now defeated Bunker Hill 14 straight times.
