BROCKTON, Mass. ---- Navy Prep jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, winning wire-to-wire over the Massasoit women's basketball team, 70-34, at the Peter Asiaf Field House on Tuesday night.
Massasoit (2-2) was led on offense by Courtney Foley (Holbrook), who finished with a trio of 3s on her way to a team-best 11 points. Sierra Johnson (Brockton) added 10 points in the loss.
Navy Prep led 28-6 after the first quarter and 43-17 at the break.
The Warriors return to the hardwood on Saturday, hosting Springfield Tech at 1 PM.
