WARWICK, R.I. ---- The Massasoit softball team showed signs of strong play against CCRI, but the Knights were able to outlast the Warriors, claiming a pair of victories by scores of 8-5 and 9-1 on Saturday.

Massasoit (0-8) will host Dean College on Tuesday at Rockland High School.

Game 1: CCRI 8, Massasoit 5
