Yoseph "Joey" Elfakahany enters his third season as an assistant coach for the Massasoit men's basketball program in 2019-20.

Elfakahany began his coaching career with the Randolph Youth Basketball Association where he became an associate board member and led his team to a 2016 State Championship.

He was a volunteer assistant coach for the Randolph High School Boys Junior Varsity and Varsity Basketball teams. In addition to volunteering with RHS, he has been apart of the Mass Attack AAU program coaching his 6th grade boys to become the No. 1 Division II team in New England.

Most recently, he spent the 2016-17 season assisting the Bristol Community College women's basketball team. 

Elfakahany currently works in the Randolph Public school system and is an active member of the area, constantly striving to give back to the youth.
