NJCAAE Announces Online NBA 2K Tournament

Through joint efforts with NJCAAE, the governing body of esports exclusively for two-year colleges, the NJCAA has announced an online NBA 2K Tournament available for all junior college students. As students look to fill the void left by the cancellation of spring sports, NJCAAE is proud to provide this engagement opportunity with the hopes of additional events to come.

As coaches and staff at NJCAA member colleges, NJCAAE requests you to please distribute this information to any and all interested students at your institution.

Registration for the tournament opens today at 3:00 p.m. and will be left open until Friday, March 27, 2020. The tournament will include junior college students from across the country competing in four 64 team brackets for a chance to qualify for the Final 64 bracket. The top 16 players from each bracket will be seeded in the final 64 championship bracket and will have a chance to be named the NJCAAE 2020 NBA2K champion.

This tournament is open to NJCAAE players and individuals who are junior college students of non-member NJCAAE schools. To register, please reach out to the NJCAAE team at njcaae@leaguespot.gg if a student is interested in participating.
