COLUMBIA, Maryland ---- The Massasoit women's basketball stayed unbeaten with a 74-52 victory on the road at Howard Community College on Sunday.

Massasoit received a team-high 27-point performance off the bench by Ky'Jae Hargrove (New Haven, Conn.) to improve the Warriors to 6-0 on the young season. Hargrove added seven steals and six rebounds to her stat line.

Lyric Fortune (Baltimore, Md.) contributed a double-double, netting 12 points and grabbing a team-high 15 rebounds for the Warriors and Nina Robinson of Virginia Beach, Va., added a double-double of her own (10 points, 12 rebounds). Robinson also swatted six blocks in the win.

Shania Osborne (Fairfield, Conn.) just missed a double-double, totaling 10 points and eight rebounds.

Massasoit finished with 50 total rebounds, 22 coming on the offensive glass.

Howard (1-3) was led by an impressive performance by Sabreen Muslim, who poured in a game-high 38 points and pulled down 22 rebounds in the loss.
