Andrew Revanales Captures NSCAA All-American First Team Accolades

KANSAS CITY, Mo. ---- Sophomore Andrew Revanales (Sharon HS/Trinidad & Tobago) of the Massasoit men's soccer team was recently named a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) First Team All-American, announced by the national headquarters.

Revanales turned in an outstanding sophomore campaign and was a driving force at forward in the Warriors capturing the Region 21 Championship and advancing to the NJCAA National Tournament for the first time in 20 years.

The striker finished the season with 22 goals and 14 assists for a total of 58 points. Revanales led the team in all three statistical categories and ranked in the top 10 nationally in assists and points.

For his impressive two-year career as a Warrior, Revanales finished with 50 goals, 19 assists for 119 points.

His most memorable moment donning the Green and White came in the Region 21 Finals against Dean College. Revanales netted the game-winning golden goal with 52 seconds left in double overtime to give the Warriors the Region 21 crown.

In addition to NSCAA All-American honors, Revanales was named to the All-Region 21 and NSCAA All-East Region First Teams.
