BROCKTON, Mass. ---- Justin Martinho (Dighton) produced a career-best four-hit day, but the Massasoit Community College baseball team saw an early 2-0 lead evaporate, falling to Dean College, 10-6, at Colombo Field on Tuesday.

Martinho went 4-for-5 at the dish with two RBI, while Al Carey (East Bridgewater) chipped with two hits for the Warriors (4-11).

Massasoit held a 2-0 cushion after Martinho clubbed a two-run, two-out single to right-center in the bottom half of the first.

The Bulldogs answered the call, evening the score in the second, before erupting for five more runs in the third to hold command of the score the rest of the way.

Sam Devine (0-2) took the loss on the mound for Massasoit, allowing seven runs over the first four frames. The sophomore lefty struck out three.

Out of the Massasoit bullpen, Scott Anderson (Hanover) yielded only one run in three innings of relief with two strikeouts.
