BROCKTON, Mass. ---- A total of 19 student-athletes at Massasoit Community College earned a spot on the Athletic Academic Honor Roll for their efforts in the classroom during the fall semester.
To be eligible for the Athletic Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have completed at least 12 credits and maintained a 3.0 GPA or better.
Stephanie Villanueva (Whitman) posted the highest individual grade point average (3.64) while she competed on both the women’s soccer and women’s basketball teams.
Also recording a 3.5 GPA or higher included Lauren Callahan (Bourne) of the women’s basketball team and Laura Ellis (Raynham) of the women’s soccer and women’s basketball teams.
The Massasoit baseball team sported the most individuals on the
honor roll with six, while women’s soccer concluded the fall
semester with five.
